Wesley (Wes) Rose is the owner and pitmaster of Bona Fide Barbecue, LLC, a mobile food business based out of Clintwood, Virginia (Dickenson County). He brings the folks at the Woodbooger Festival a unique take on classic barbecue with a fair food twist. Wes is a former deputy sheriff of Dickenson County, VA and a former VA Dept of Corrections employee. They will be discussing the Snake the Bigfoot Hunter’s “ body" of Bigfoot.
