Alongside his sons, he founded Sasquatch Watch of Virginia, an organization dedicated to investigating sightings with a "no-harm" policy. His research has taken him from the rugged Dolly Sods Wilderness in West Virginia to the remote woods of Lake Anna, Virginia.  His investigations have been featured by major media outlets including Fox News, The Washington Post, and Getty Images.

Additionally, we welcomed 2024 Bigfooter of the Year, Todd Prescott, which at age 18, he started doing solo field research which would continue for several years.  He traveled throughout Ontario and British Columbia following up on numerous reports and partaking in solo research outings.  In 2012 through 2014, he met several times with John Green and was granted access to Green's massive collection of letters, photos, slides, negatives, and cassette recording of interviews dating back to the late 1950s.
